The Health Careers and Workforce Diversity Department maintains a lending library devoted to health careers exploration. These materials are avaliable free of charge to all teachers and counselors in the EAHEC region.

Career Videos - Currently have 5 health related videos in our library for a variety of audiences in middle school through college.

Health Career Exploration Curriculums - Currently have 3 different career exploration curriculums to choose from. Audiences range from middle/high school to teachers and counselors who work with middle/high school students.

Puppet Program - We currently maintain one puppet program for elementary school audiences, grades K- 3.

North Carolina Health Careers Guide 2004 - 2006

The North Carolina AHEC (Area Health Education Center) Program publishes a NC Health Career Guide every three years. The resource features career descriptions, educational programs, financial aid information, academic requirements, employment information (for the state of NC), salary levels (for the state of NC), health career trends and much more useful information.
